At Shrivaa, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Every piece is carefully crafted and checked before shipping. However, if you face any issues, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Return & Refund

>       Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or has issues with size/quality.

>       The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

>       Customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof of the defect/damage. Without this, returns/refunds will not be accepted.

🔄 Process for Return & Refund

1.       Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email].

2.       Share the unboxing video and details of the issue.

3.       Once approved, you must ship the product back to us (return shipping details will be provided).

4.        After inspection, you will receive either:

            >> A replacement product, OR

            >> A full refund (excluding any customs duties/taxes if applicable).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

>        Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

>        Customized or made-to-measure items (since they are stitched as per your size).

💳 Refund Timeline

>         Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

>         Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
